In this work, we combined the microreactor and hydrothermal process to obtain CeO2 nanorods with tunable length and aspect ratio. Through controllable and precise in-situ surface modification of the inorganic component, we realized specific and efficient encapsulation of inorganic component and obtained functional nanocomposite, which could be applied in out-door coating and organocatalysis.
We developed an effective and novel method of fluorite flotation. Ball-milling was applied to improve interaction between reagents and particles. The surface property was also modified to realize selective sedimentation. With micro-structure membrane dispersion, effective interaction between particles and bubbles could be obtained with most simplified devices. Satisfactory grade and recovery could be obtained only in one round. Such method was proved to be effective and flexibly applied in fluorite ore with different size and surface property.
